Are you a Senior Software Engineer ready to build the next generation of merchant-to-consumer experiences? (Fully Remote Opportunity—LATAM!)

We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a strategic Consumer Experience (CX) group, which is transforming the post-purchase journey within the Intelligent Supply Chain Orchestration space. You will have end-to-end feature ownership, driving development from specs to deployment. This includes building robust backend services (TypeScript) and integrating with the frontend (React). Your work will directly impact the 3PL industry by scaling applications that empower millions of consumers with proactive communication and control. This is the ideal role for a high-impact individual who thrives on ownership, architectural design, and solving complex logic puzzles that result in seamless, branded customer experiences.

Most Important

• 5+ years in software engineering with a strong track record in modern web development and distributed systems.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript for backend services (Node), with strong competency in React for frontend interaction.
• Ability to own the full SDLC—from ideation and influencing specs to coding, testing, and deployment.
• Proven experience architecting complex, secure, and high-performance systems (preferably on GCP) that handle large datasets.
• A desire to provide technical guidance to junior engineers and foster a culture of learning.
• Proven experience partnering with Product, Design, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
• Ability to overlap 6 hours with EST/EDT (USA).

Nice to Have

• Direct experience in logistics, supply chain, or 3PL software.
• Previous experience navigating the fast-paced environment of a startup or scale-up.
• Experience with state management (Redux/Zustand), event streaming (Kafka/RabbitMQ), or real-time apps (WebSockets).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or DataDog.
• Strong knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright) and code quality standards.
• Experience using WebSockets or Server-Sent Events.
